At Highland Aerials we seek to continually raise our quality of service in the sales, installation and repair of TV, Radio and Satellite aerials and distribution equipment for the reception of entertainment programmes, Audio/Visual distribution systems, Home Cinema, Public Address,CCTV, Internet access and two-way satellite systems for commercial VSAT information and satellite Broadband services.

Our vans cover the Highlands from our office and workshop in Beauly. We carry out service and installation calls for a number of national companies and corporations. By sharing the travel costs between clients we are able to provide a professional service to all areas without disadvantaging the client or their customers with travel costs, which, in many cases would make the job unviable.

On 21st June 2008 we celebrated 15 years as members of the Confederation of Aerial Industries (CAI) the official trade representative body of the TV, Radio and Satellite distribution industry. www.cai.org.uk We were inspected recently by the CAI Inspector, Kevin Dawson who gave us a glowing report after a rigorous inspection of our vehicles, tools, test equipment, invoicing and other paperwork and computer procedures as well as work we had carried out. On top of our successful re-assessment by Investors In People in April 2007 this emphasises that we are a team who aspire to, and are achieving, the provision of a professional service in every department to our customers throughout the North.

We are Members of The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) The Federation Of Small Business (FSB) and have been accredited and re-assessed as an Investors In People (IIP)company 2001/2004/2007 implementing a process of internal and external training and appraisal.

We are Sky digital retailers and approved installers. We carry out service calls for Sky digital equipment. We were awarded the D&G TEQ award for outstanding service provision, Highly Commended, for both 2002 and 2003. This is as a result of customer surveys carried out throughout the UK for all D&G service agents (After this date Sky took the repair contract back 'in house').
